About the team + role

Robinhood’s Technical Recruiting team helps scale the engineering, product, and technical operations that drive our mission. We’re passionate about equitable hiring practices, building strong partnerships, and creating inclusive candidate experiences.

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across Robinhood’s technical teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to work on priority hiring needs, influence recruiting strategy, and craft how we scale teams with outstanding talent.

It is preferred that this role is located in one of the office locations listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. This position is only eligible for remote work in limited geographies within the US where we do not have physical office locations. What you’ll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies and candidate engagement plans
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering insights and guidance throughout the process
• Own interview logistics and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Support broader recruiting initiatives including interviewer training, DEI efforts, and process improvements

What you bring

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting
• Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates beyond inbound or referral channels
• Experience working with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced environments while maintaining a high bar
• Clear communication and a collaborative mentality

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $119,000 — $140,000 USD Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $105,000 — $123,000 USD Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $93,000 — $109,000 USD
