Job summary

Proliance Consulting in Seattle is seeking an experienced IT recruiter to source and screen top technical talent for clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. You will build strong pipelines, manage candidate relationships, and work closely with Account Managers to ensure successful placements.

The role requires evaluating complex technical requirements, negotiating terms, conducting pre-employment steps, and guiding candidates through interviews while maintaining accurate ATS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding company metrics and KPIs.
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software tools.
  • Adaptable with the ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines and business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with all levels of management.
  • Highly competitive, resilient, and positive, with a proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator, team-oriented, detail-focused, organized, and quick to learn new concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Actively calling potential candidates to screen for open positions.
  • Utilizing proven recruiting practices to attract qualified technical professionals and exploring innovative methods for candidate sourcing.
  • Matching candidates' strengths with our clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Negotiating wages, terms, and conditions of employment with candidates in alignment with client requirements.
  • Completing all required pre-employment processes, including reference checks, office interviews, and skills assessments.
  • Preparing candidates for the client interview process.
  • Managing and building relationships with contract employees through onsite visits and lunches; addressing issues and reporting them to the Account Manager; providing counseling, coaching, or discipline when necessary.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to assess client job requirements and market trends.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates through screening, networking, and referrals to ensure timely client service.
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assisting in the development of new recruiters by sharing training, knowledge, and best practices.
  • Maintaining relationships with industry contacts to provide exemplary customer service, gain industry knowledge, and generate referrals and leads.
  • Consistently measuring performance against metrics and maintaining talk time standards.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding company recruiting goals.
