Raydar is seeking an early member of the recruiting team to shape a growing engineering organization. You will own end-to-end recruiting for Engineering, ML, and Infrastructure roles, collaborating with tech leaders and executives.
In this role you will source passive talent, build interview loops, and define hiring needs with high-conviction candidate profiles. This is a full-time, on-site position in San Francisco; visa sponsorship is not available.

You will join as an early member of the recruiting team and help shape a growing engineering organization. Working directly with technical leaders and executives, you will own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure roles.
Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close.
Partner with engineering leaders and executives to define hiring needs and high-conviction candidate profiles.
Build and iterate on recruiting processes, interview loops, and top-of-funnel strategies.
Source and engage passive technical talent through creative research, outreach, referrals, and community building.
Bring 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting at a growing startup, including 2+ years recruiting software engineering, machine learning, or infrastructure talent.
Demonstrate a record of closing candidates in competitive AI and ML markets and building recruiting infrastructure.
$120K-$170K base salary plus competitive equity.
High-impact ownership as an early recruiting-team member.
Work directly with technical executives at a high-growth enterprise AI company.
Full-time and on-site five days per week in San Francisco, California.
