What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own full-cycle recruiting for various technical teams, including Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and IT
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for high-priority roles, from individual contributors to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of highly technical recruiting experience across engineering and non-engineering domains
- Strong technical acumen to engage with candidates on complex engineering concepts
- Proven experience in building hiring processes for new or scaling functions
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create structure as needed
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
