Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and manufacturing roles. Based in Carmel, IN, with a move to Noblesville in 2027, the role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on interview leadership to build a strong candidate pipeline.

After training, you can work remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays, while remaining days are on-site at headquarters.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment for exempt roles, focusing on engineering and highly technical positions.
• Experience using ATS systems and maintaining complete candidate tracking.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Capable of engaging with candidates at career fairs and community events.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of exempt roles, primarily engineering and highly technical roles.
• Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers and negotiate offers.
• Represent Toyota Automated Logistics at career fairs and local events.
• Source, identify and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Develop a strategy to increase the talent pool.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for commonly filled positions.
• Develop and administer communication plans to attract active and passive candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Participate in organizational wide improvement projects.
• Help with company-wide engagement events.

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work as part of the global recruiting team and own end-to-end recruiting activities for engineering and manufacturing related roles. The position will require using a variety of leading edge recruiting resources to identify, recruit, evaluate, recommend, and secure qualified candidates for open positions to ensure the achievement of company growth plans.

This position will initially be based in our Carmel, IN headquarters. Our headquarters will be moving to Noblesville, IN in January, 2027 and the position will be based there at that point.

This position will have the ability to work remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays each week (after your initial training), with the remaining days working on-site at our headquarters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment of mostly exempt-level roles, primarily engineering and highly technical roles.
• Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with company guidelines, negotiate salaries and present job offers to candidates.
• Represent Toyota Automated Logistics at career fairs and other local events
• Source, identify and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Develop a strategy to increase talent pool
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for commonly filled positions
• Develop and administer communication plans to attract active and passive candidates
• Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
• Participate in organizational wide improvement projects
• Help with company-wide engagement events

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years experience recruiting for engineering and technical roles required
• Ability to use ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintain complete candidate tracking information
• Experience with career fairs and community networking events
• Ability to provide consistent communication and messages to candidates regarding our company, products, culture, etc.
• Knowledge of using Networking, Social Media and technology to attract passive top talent
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful
• Ability to manage confidential employee relation information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
• Employees must follow all information security policies, protect confidential data, complete required training, and report any suspected security incidents to support our information security controls.
