Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruiting for manufacturing and assembly roles globally. You will leverage ATS tools, diverse sourcing channels, and candidate evaluations to meet growth plans while partnering with hiring managers.

This role covers full-cycle recruitment, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and onboarding support, with travel up to 5% for career fairs and events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with candidates about company, products, culture

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of non-exempt and entry-level roles, mainly manufacturing and skilled trades
• Manage interview process with candidates and hiring managers, negotiate salaries and present offers
• Source, screen via phone/in-person interviews, build talent pipelines
• Represent the company at career fairs and develop candidate attraction plans
• Assist in onboarding and participate in organizational improvement projects

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work as part of the global recruiting team and own end-to-end recruiting activities. The position will require using a variety of leading-edge recruiting resources to identify, recruit, evaluate, recommend, and secure qualified candidates for open positions to ensure the achievement of company growth plans.

Job Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of non-exempt and entry-level roles, primarily manufacturing and assembly positions, including skilled assemblers, machinists, welders and other skilled trades.
• Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with company guidelines, negotiate salaries and present job offers to candidates.
• Source, identify and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Develop a strategy to increase talent pool
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for commonly filled positions
• Represent Toyota Automate Logistics at career fairs
• Develop and administer communication plans to attract active and passive candidates
• Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
• Participate in organizational wide improvement projects

Travel Expectations: up to 5% (mostly for career fairs)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to use ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintain complete candidate tracking information
• Ability to provide consistent communication and messages to candidates regarding our company, products, culture, etc.
• Knowledge of using Networking, Social Media and technology to attract passive top talent
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful
• Ability to manage confidential employee relation information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
