Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter II – Talent Acquisition in Greensboro, NC. This contract, onsite role supports recruitment for entry-level and experienced positions, from sourcing through hire, across a range of roles with a focus on an excellent candidate experience.

You’ll build pipelines, partner with hiring teams, and manage references and testing as needed. Requires 2–5 years of recruiting and strong communication skills.

Recruiter II – Talent Acquisition

Location: Greensboro, NC

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Type: Contract

Contract Length: Through January 2027

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week

Pay: Up to $47/hour

Kelly Services is hiring a Recruiter II to join a Talent Acquisition team in Greensboro, NC. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working with candidates, partnering with hiring teams, and managing the recruiting process from sourcing through hire.

The Opportunity

You’ll support recruitment for both entry-level and experienced positions, helping identify and attract qualified talent while providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through candidate selection.
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Build candidate pipelines for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and identify appropriate candidates.
• Promote the organization's employee value proposition and employer brand.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment testing when applicable.
• Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment advertising across various job boards.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information throughout the hiring process.
