Stoke Space is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for engineering and leadership roles. You’ll develop creative sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and partner with recruiters to deliver top candidates for Stoke’s Nova program.

You’ll work on a small, high-performing team with autonomy and impact, in a fast-evolving space company. Kent, WA onsite role with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience sourcing for technical roles such as electrical, mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, or software engineering.
• Ability to build qualified talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using creative sourcing and research.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate market insights into sourcing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage priorities and stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and owns sourcing outcomes.
• Experience with ATS; Greenhouse preferred.

As a Talent Sourcer at Stoke, you’ll play a critical role in building pipelines for our most challenging engineering and leadership roles. You’ll develop creative sourcing strategies, engage exceptional passive talent, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to bring the people who will build our future to Stoke.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive sourcing efforts to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional passive talent for Stoke's highest-priority engineering and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to build qualified talent pipelines.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target companies, relevant skill sets, and talent availability, providing actionable insights to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements, refine candidate profiles, and adjust sourcing strategies based on market feedback.
• Craft compelling, personalized outreach that resonates with technical audiences and builds meaningful candidate relationships.
• Track pipeline health and sourcing performance, using data and results to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Partner closely with recruiters to align on priorities, share candidate insights, and ensure timely, effective handoffs throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience sourcing for technical roles, such as electrical, mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, or software engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to build qualified talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using creative sourcing and research techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate talent market insights into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and take ownership of sourcing outcomes.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at our Kent, WA location.

Compensation

$100,275 - $150,360

Our job posts are intentionally written to attract a wide variety of experience levels, and we make decisions about the right fit on a per-candidate basis.

Your actual level and base salary will be decided based on your specific experience and skill level.
