Job summary

WRA Architects is seeking a Technical Proposal Writer to join our Business Development Team, leading the RFQ proposal process for public education clients. You will coordinate with cross-functional departments to gather information and craft thorough proposals with strong branding.

The ideal candidate has written and graphic design experience, is deadline-driven, and can manage content from concept through final delivery. Proficiency in InDesign, Acrobat, Excel, and Word is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or similar field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience producing proposals, brochures, qualifications packages, presentations, or similar materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ proposal development from cross-functional inputs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and ensure compliance.
• Edit and refine content for clarity, tone, and branding.
