Job summary

WRA Architects is seeking a Technical Proposal Writer to join our Business Development Team in Plano, TX. You’ll lead the creation of RFQ proposals, coordinating with architects and other departments to gather content and ensure timely, accurate submissions.

Ideal candidates have strong English writing, editing, and graphic design skills, with experience in Adobe InDesign and document branding. This role emphasizes attention to detail, deadlines, and collaborative work across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or similar field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience producing proposals, brochures, qualifications packages, presentations, or similar materials required.
• Experience assembling RFQ materials required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RFQ proposal process with cross-functional teams.
• Create and edit content from technical information supplied by architects.
• Edit content to suit each RFQ's target audience and maintain branding.
• Write, edit, and organize content for quick retrieval and reuse.
