  • Coordinate cross‑functional activities across engineering, operations, compliance, and business partners to ensure clear expectations and effective progress tracking.
  • Prepare for and lead project meetings, manage agendas and action items, and support timely decision‑making.
  • Facilitate milestone readiness reviews and ensure alignment on deliverables and requirements.
Risk Management & Issue Anticipation
  • Lead team efforts to identify emerging risks, dependencies, and constraints; drive early mitigation actions and escalate when necessary.
  • Monitor workstreams to surface bottlenecks or cross‑functional challenges affecting project delivery.
  • Develop appropriate responses to unforeseen project events, ensuring that the project goals (cost, schedule, specifications) are met.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Prepare and deliver concise project updates, status reports, and communication materials for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages transparency, accountability, and constructive conflict resolution.
Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Facilitate project‑level retrospectives and ensure lessons learned are applied to future work.
  • Champion use of new product development processes, tools, and templates and provide feedback for improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute insights that support organizational learning and help enhance new product development practices.

  • Exposure to procurement processes supporting project execution, including managing purchase orders/appropriation requests (POs/ARs).
  • Certifications and/or relevant experience with Agile or Modified Agile for Hardware and lean product development principles.
Benefits
