We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, for our Easthampton, MA location, with strong experience in hardware development, electrical test, and engineering documentation to support the design and development of custom hardware used in complex test systems. This role follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote workday per week—giving you the best of both collaboration and flexibility.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Leading electrical design efforts from concept through validation.
  • Responsibility for schematic development, hardware bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
  • Reading and creating schematics and driving technical decisions.
  • Leading projects through execution
  • Collaborating across engineering disciplines.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical or hardware engineering
  • Experience leading hardware development from concept through test and release
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics
  • Experience with hardware bring-up, debugging, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with standard lab equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, logic analyzers, and signal generators
  • Experience creating and maintaining engineering documentation including test procedures, reports, and design documentation
  • Strong cross-functional communication and project leadership skills
  • Experience supporting design reviews and mentoring engineers preferred
  • Authorized working in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design and test systems
  • Experience with electromechanical system interfaces or aerospace/defense applications
  • Familiarity with PCB design review and layout collaboration
  • Experience in regulated or high-reliability engineering environments

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $93,000 - $132,800 annually commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
