Kentro is hiring a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional agile delivery across a secure, Salesforce-powered enterprise system with integrated Tableau and MuleSoft capabilities. This role requires expertise in managing multi-team delivery in public sector programs, with a focus on platform alignment, agile velocity, and compliance with security and data integrity requirements. Familiarity with offline access solutions like Pulsar is expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sprint planning, team coordination, and agile ceremonies for a Salesforce-led delivery effort with interconnected Tableau and MuleSoft components.
  • Serve as the main interface between stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to manage roadmap, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate the design and integration of offline capabilities (e.g., Pulsar) within secure cloud workflows.
  • Manage backlog grooming, release readiness, and capacity planning.
  • Monitor and mitigate program risks while maintaining alignment with scope, timeline, and compliance expectations.

Location: This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.

  • 8+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years supporting cloud-based solutions for federal agencies.
  • Background in leading agile teams for DHS components such as TSA, CBP, USCIS, or ICE.
  • Strong delivery experience across Salesforce, data platforms, and low-code solutions in regulated environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Certifications Required:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
  • Salesforce Associate or Trailhead credential (minimum)
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)

Preferred:

  • Experience managing enterprise-scale low-code implementations in GovCon settings.
  • Familiarity with Pulsar or other Salesforce offline access tools.
  • Experience working with MuleSoft and Tableau teams on integrated delivery.

Clearance:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
