What will your day look like? As a Project/Program Manager, you will:

• Lead the implementation of a Trade Promotion Management system (Tellis), currently mid-rollout
• Serve as a hybrid Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst—gathering requirements, resolving operational challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and vendor deliverables in a fast-moving, resource-limited environment

You will be a good fit as a Project/Program Manager if you have:

• A strong background in wholesale and consumer packaged goods (CPG), especially with retailers such as Amazon and Walmart
• Experience managing ERP and TPM implementations (Tellis experience a plus)
• Excellent time management, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• The ability to work independently, influence cross-functional teams, and stay organized across multiple priorities
