Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science or 5+ years practical work experience.
• Experience with MPLS, ISIS, Segment Routing, BGP, LDP, RSVP-TE, and L2/L3 VPNs.
• Experience QoS implementation/testing with Spirent and IXIA equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and network monitoring capabilities.
• Customer mindset with solid written and verbal communication.
• Nokia DataCenter experience preferred.
• Experience with Nokia products: 7750SR, 7250 IXR, 7705 SAR, 7210 SAS, EDA and NSP.

Responsibilities

• Performs design and performance activities in customer projects independently (complex problem solving in projects and multi-vendor environments).
• Develops / Reviews and makes recommendations on network-wide Design covering Performance, Spectrum & Capacity supported by Recommendations.
• Organizes field measurements and laboratory tests.
• Performs network audits, especially in cases where fault or problems exist.
• Optimizes networks with all components based on traffic trends and customer forecasts.
• Supports experts in developing network configuration file and interface analysis.
• Develop network architecture and services designs with the best architecture available to support our customer's services.
