Job summary

Cadmus seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional ML/DS/AI initiatives and coordinate multi-team delivery. You will drive schedules, manage risks, and ensure on-time outcomes while partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise.

The role requires strong communication, governance, and Agile expertise to balance scope, timelines, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices: scheduling, risk management, status reporting.
• Proficient in maintaining and reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features and capabilities to support the broader vision, goals, and objectives of the company.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure coordination and on-time delivery; build integrated schedules and remove blockers; report program status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition, backlog prioritization, and dependency resolution.
• Help Engineering balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, process adherence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
