Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager in the United States to lead ML/DS teams and drive cross-functional delivery. You will guide schedules, mitigate risks, and coordinate across internal and external partners to meet commitments.

You will collaborate with data science, engineering and analytics teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and promote technical excellence while communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams and cross-functional programs.
• Experience with TPM best practices: scheduling, risk mgmt, status reporting.
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies and process adherence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals and communicate across levels.
• Experience with automation/AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Preferred certifications: PMP or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end activities, build integrated schedules, remove blockers and report status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence across diverse stakeholders to drive consensus.
