Cadmus seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-team ML/DS/AI initiatives in a fast-paced, enterprise setting. You will own programs spanning multiple teams and systems, remove blockers, and drive on-time delivery with strong communication and collaboration.

You will coordinate with data science, ML, data engineering, and analytics teams, shaping delivery processes and ensuring high-quality products and features. Cadmus offers robust benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large, ambiguous cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience applying TPM best practices (schedule, risk, status).
• Experience maintaining and reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals effectively.
• Business acumen and the ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience with automation/AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• Preferred certifications: PMP or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS/AI features and capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end activities, build integrated schedules, remove blockers, and report status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
