QCS Staffing Ltd. seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the Inspection workstream for a landmark Life Sciences facility in North Carolina, US, on a 12-month contract.

You’ll act as client-side owner from design through IOQ, coordinating partner teams to drive delivery. The ideal candidate has substantial pharma/biotech project experience, capital project leadership, and proven contractor management across cross-functional groups including Engineering, MSAT, Operations, Quality,

Qualifications

• Extensive pharmaceutical or biotech project experience.
• Significant drug product manufacturing experience.
• Experience overseeing large capital projects.
• Client-side, owner-side or EPCM leadership experience.
• Strong contractor management experience.
