Job summary

QCS Staffing seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to support a landmark filling facility project in North Carolina on an initial 12-month contract. You will act as client-side owner for the filling scope, delivering design through IOQ with rigorous oversight and cross-functional alignment.

• Extensive pharmaceutical or biotech project experience.
• Experience overseeing large capital projects.
• Strong contractor management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-side owner for Filling.
• Provide end-to-end oversight from detailed design through IOQ completion.
• Manage and coordinate third-party execution partners.
• Challenge contractor schedules, resource plans and delivery assumptions.
• Track project scope, risks, schedule and milestone achievement.
• Coordinate alignment between Engineering, MSAT, Operations, Quality, CQV and Construction.
