The ideal candidate has extensive pharmaceutical or biotech project experience, with large capital project oversight and strong contractor management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large capital projects.
• Client-side/owner-side or EPCM leadership experience.
• Strong contractor management experience.
• Knowledge of IOQ and life sciences facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-side owner for Assembly and provide end-to-end oversight from detailed design through IOQ completion.
• Manage and coordinate third-party execution partners.
• Challenge contractor schedules, resource plans and delivery assumptions.
• Track project scope, risks, schedule and milestone achievement.
• Coordinate alignment between Engineering, MSAT, Operations, Quality, CQV and Construction.
