Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd in North Carolina seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager (Inspection) to drive delivery of a landmark life sciences facility on an initial 12-month contract.

You will act as client-side owner for inspection, provide end-to-end oversight from detailed design through IOQ completion, and coordinate third-party execution partners while challenging schedules and milestones.

Qualifications

• Extensive pharmaceutical or biotech project experience.
• Significant drug product manufacturing experience.
• Experience overseeing large capital projects.
• Client-side, owner-side or EPCM leadership experience.
• Strong contractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-side owner for Inspection.
• Provide end-to-end oversight from detailed design through IOQ completion.
• Manage and coordinate third-party execution partners.
• Challenge contractor schedules, resource plans and delivery assumptions.
• Track project scope, risks, schedule and milestone achievement.
• Coordinate alignment between Engineering, MSAT, Operations, Quality, CQV and Construction.
