COMPA Industries, Inc. seeks a Technical Project Manager (TPM) 2 for a contract assignment arising from Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL).

Based in Richland, WA, the TPM 2 will oversee discrete technical procurement scope, define deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks, and lead project teams from initiation through turnover. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and five years related experience, with strong emphasis on regulated nuclear/DOE environments and EVMS knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and five years related experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in nuclear/DOE/NNSA environments with regulated procurement.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management systems (EVMS).

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage discrete technical procurement scope from initiation through turnover.
  • Define and oversee project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks; lead teams.
  • Manage technical requirements aligned with NNSA and DOE O 413.3B.
  • Operate within control accounts and work packages to meet objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies for construction and work within a nuclear facility.
  • Assist in program budgets development and monitoring.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and support departments.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and operational management of the project.
