Qualifications

• BS degree from an accredited institution and 5 years of directly related experience.
• Experience in a highly regulated nuclear environment (DOE/NNSA).
• Prefer certifications in Earned Value Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Lead and support the project team from initiation through turnover.
• Develop, implement, and monitor program policies and procedures for nuclear construction and work execution.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and support departments.
