Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a Technical Project Manager 2 to oversee a discrete technical construction scope at the Los Alamos Remote Site, Richland, WA, ensuring timely completion and compliance with program requirements.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables, and guiding the project team through initiation to turnover within strict nuclear security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of directly related experience.
• Nuclear facility and/or laboratory experience is required.
• Experience with decontamination and decommissioning (D&D) in a DOE/NNSA setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage discrete technical construction scope and project deliverables.
• Define and manage budgets, schedules, and risks for the project.
• Support planning and execution from initiation through turnover.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and support departments.
