Job summary

OLH Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) II for onsite work at a nuclear facility.

The role involves managing construction scope, schedules, budgets, and risks within DOE/NNSA requirements, under the supervision of the Manager of Projects. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of related experience, experience with NQA-1 and nuclear security protocols, and an active Q clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 7 years of related experience.
• Active DOE/NNSA security protocols and NQA-1 experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain/hold active Q clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Supports and manages discrete technical construction scope and ensures timely completion of project elements.
• Defines and manages deliverables, budgets, schedules and risks; leads/plans execution from initiation to turnover.
• Models activities aligned with DOE 413.3B, reports to Manager of Projects, and oversees admin/operations within a nuclear facility.
• Provides technical guidance to project teams and support departments; develops and monitors program budgets.
