Qualifications

• BS in engineering required.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience required.
• Fluid Management or Bioprocess experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ERP (Business Central) and ClickUp.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through gated processes for design, development, manufacture, testing, and release.
• Create project schedules and monitor budgets.
• Track milestone targets and completion dates.
• Identify risks and build contingency plans.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding project activities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and engage them throughout the project.
• Manage customer expectations and onsite visits while ensuring QA compliance.
• Lead meetings, document decisions, and facilitate problem-solving as needed.
• Manage project documentation and submittals, punch lists, and lessons learned.
