Required are a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences and 2+ years of PM experience in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of PM experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/medical device).
• Experience managing engineering, manufacturing, facility, process, or capital projects.
• Understanding of GMP‑regulated environments.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; experience with cross-functional teams and vendors.

• Oversee impact assessment and maintain project activities list.
• Lead development of project scope, schedule, and estimates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Maintenance.
• Oversee equipment selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Ensure all project activities comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Staffing for the project as needed.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead process and process equipment-based projects, in a biotech manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of manufacturing process, equipment, and facility‑related projects, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance objectives. Projects are expected in the $3MM to $15 MM range

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project delivery strategy and drive implementation of that strategy.
• Oversee impact assessment of project, develop and maintain project activities list
• Lead development of project scope, project schedule, and project estimates
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Maintenance.
• Oversee and drive equipment selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Ensure all project activities comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure appropriate staffing according to the project status.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or demonstrated relevant experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing engineering, manufacturing, facility, process, or capital projects.
• Understanding of GMP‑regulated environments.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external vendors
