Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a remote project coordinator with 2+ years of industry experience to lead deployment activities for ISP and OSP facilities. You will collaborate with engineers, construction supervisors, vendor partners, and project managers to monitor progress and resolve issues.

The role emphasizes data gathering, cost analysis, logistics, and materials management, with input to tracking systems and minimal supervision after ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Provides cost data to support capital planning and budgeting.
• Monitors and assists in control of project expenditures as required.
• Analyzes the requested solutions for implementation, including but not limited to planning, evaluating, and selecting proper materials.

• Requires minimal direction and guidance once up to speed.
• Input of updates into company specific tracking systems as applicable and as needed

Provides technical direction on a wide variety of projects involving ISP and OSP facilities, including cables, conduits, huts, etc. They will collaborate with engineers, construction supervisors, vendor partners, and project managers. They are responsible for effectively monitoring and managing aspects of deployment, including resolving issues, and accurately reporting on progress of their assignments.

• Gathers data from field resources, to execute on requirements of the overall business need.
• Assures that the most feasible, practical and economical means to complete the work are recommended. Provides cost data to support capital planning and budgeting.
• Monitors and assists in control of project expenditures as required.
• Analyzes the requested solutions for implementation, including but not limited to planning, evaluating, and selecting proper materials.
• Direct Support of logistics and materials management
