Kelly Services is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager in Tempe, AZ, on a contract-to-hire basis. You will own timelines, scope, and execution while partnering with reengineering and business stakeholders to deliver complex enterprise software initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience managing enterprise software projects
Solid understanding of SDLC frameworks and delivery models
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
Ability to analyze timelines, capacity, risks, and constraints
Excellent communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
PMP or similar certification
Experience with large, multi-year initiatives
Background working closely with engineering teams
