Job summary

Concepts NREC is seeking a Project Manager to support product development and testing programs. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, and follow-through to keep programs on scope and schedule with clear visibility to stakeholders.

The Project Manager will drive execution by keeping teams aligned, tracking progress, and managing follow-up, while technical direction remains with the assigned technical leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development and testing programs from planning through execution and closeout.
• Own execution of assigned programs, including scope, schedule, budget tracking, and deliverables.
• Coordinate scope changes, schedule impacts, and budget with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Develop project plans using MS Project or Planner.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, operations, purchasing, and client teams.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and next steps to clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate client-facing discussions, project reviews, and internal coordination meetings.
• Track action items, decisions, risks, and project dependencies.
• Maintain organized records of activities and deliverables.
