This is a full-time, onsite position near Harrisburg, PA. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and coordinating cross-functional teams while managing scope, timelines, and costs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management within a manufacturing, hardware, or mechanical environment.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, unstructured, and high-pressure settings with shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across technical teams and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% initially.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting, and execution of complex new product development projects in a high-change environment.
• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and Program Managers to ensure alignment on schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to keep programs on track.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and financials while escalating risks, resource gaps, and delays.
• Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and support readiness for production, capacity planning, and system setup.
