Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support a growing client in the Valley Green, PA area. This onsite role requires significant travel during ramp-up and leadership of hardware development and manufacturing programs.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/ manufacturing engineering background, 4+ years of program management experience in manufacturing environments, and strong stakeholder management abilities to lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex hardware and manufacturing programs from development through production.
• Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and customer teams to drive project execution.
• Lead program reviews, risk assessments, and strategic discussions for informed decisions.
• Balance customer expectations with internal capabilities and align stakeholders on priorities.
• Coordinate activities across domestic and international manufacturing sites to support product delivery.
