Job summary

BLM GROUP USA is hiring a Project Manager to oversee laser and sawing machine projects from initiation to delivery at our Novi, MI location. You will work closely with customers, engineering, and production to define scope, timelines, and milestones, ensuring quality and on-time execution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of project management experience, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Proficiency with MS Project and 2D CAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; military or work experience can substitute.
• Two+ years of project management experience preferred in technical environments.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead laser/end-forming machine projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate pre-installation activities and client walkthroughs.
• Develop project docs and timelines for customers.
• Work with multiple departments to ensure milestones are met.
• Travel up to 50% as required; support quality system initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing project management meetings and reporting.
