Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in technical project management and software delivery.
• Experience with .NET, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms is required.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitLab/Git, Jenkins, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development and modernization using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Oversee project planning, schedules, resources, risks, and delivery activities.
• Provide technical leadership for architecture, development, integrations, and production support.
• Ensure secure, reliable software meeting functional, performance, and quality requirements.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
