Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a senior-level Program Manager with an active Secret clearance to lead federal application development and modernization initiatives for a Washington, DC–area client. The role requires 11+ years of enterprise program management experience and hands-on leadership of teams of 20+.

You will manage scope, schedule, cost, security audits, and vendor performance, build high-performing teams, and interface with CIO/CISO-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business, or related.
• 11+ years managing enterprise application development and modernization programs with at least 20 people.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute program scope, schedule, cost, technical, and staffing performance.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure quality and client standards.
• Interface with senior client leadership up to CIO/CISO level.
• Support IT security audits (FISMA, FISCAM, IRS, OIG).
• Lead risk management and develop high-performing teams.
