ASRC Federal is seeking a Project Manager to support the Naval Research Lab Blossom Point Tracking Facility in Welcome, MD. The PM will plan, oversee, and document all aspects of the project and develop technical solutions, SOPs, and reports for senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience – or equivalent.
• DoD/Navy work experience preferred.
• Strong communications and customer-facing skills with senior leadership
• Self-motivated with a professional management approach
• MS Office, Project and Visio proficiency
• Interim Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and document all aspects of the project(s).
• Gather and analyze technical requirements, develop technical solutions.
• Create presentations and reports for senior management.
• Develop SOPs, Work Instructions, and Process Flows for the program.
• Brief senior government managers and respond to customer questions and comments.
