Job summary

ASRC Federal System Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to support the Naval Research Lab Blossom Point Tracking Facility in Welcome, MD. This role oversees the facilities team, coordinates with external vendors, and manages government-focused maintenance and projects on site.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience and a Master license in Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing is strongly desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Master license in Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing or equivalent strongly desired.
• At least 7 years' experience at government installations.
• Experience with NEC building codes and regulations.
• Ability to supervise a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Facility team on all facilities work, including maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized work.
• Manage ASRC purchase card purchases under $3k.
• Plan site projects and respond to service/trouble calls.
• Support government-directed new projects as needed.
