Job summary

TP, a leading global provider of digital business services, seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to support Cisco ThousandEyes digital experience assurance programs. You will lead complex customer implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and establish scalable PM practices in a newly formed function.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of professional project management experience.
• Completed at least one full IT software implementation lifecycle.
• Active PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/CAPM).
• Experience maintaining LAN/WAN network environments.
• Managed two or more concurrent projects with cross-team dependencies.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex technical implementation projects, ensuring use cases deployed on time and within scope.
• Build and refine internal PM processes for the new team.
• Drive onboarding by coordinating cross-functional resources to hit milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate communication with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and risks.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Operate within a BPO delivery model, maintaining client relationships and governance.
