Job summary

Calance, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Data Integration & Interoperability) for a 12+ month hybrid contract in Torrance, CA. Start date ASAP and pay rate $74.00 per hour (W2 only).

Local candidates preferred and onsite Mon-Thu. The role leads enterprise data integration projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring data governance, privacy and compliance through delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience Project Management in technology, data, or digital platform environments that enable large-scale enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects using structured project management methodologies.
• Experience with Enterprise system integrations and interoperability of data between systems.
• Experience with Data exchange and data transfer implementations across multiple platforms.
• Experience with ETL, data migration, and/or data transformation projects.
• Managed projects directly associated to data management initiatives.
• Delivery of technology solutions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with varying management methodologies: Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall.
• Strong working knowledge and use of JIRA on projects.
• Experience with project tracking & reporting tools: MS Project, Jira, Clarity, or similar

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of projects involving enterprise data integrations, ETL processes, file-based data exchanges, and system to system communications.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, data engineers, security teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
• Driving project execution from high level design through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, regulatory obligations, and delivery timelines.
• Facilitating project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
• Managing dependencies across multiple applications, platforms, and external partners involved in data exchange and integration activities.Ensuring data governance, privacy, security, and compliance requirements are incorporated into all phases of project delivery.
• Leading implementation activities associated with customer data movement, consent synchronization, privacy automation, data ingestion, outbound integrations, and enterprise data-sharing solutions.
