Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Torrance, CA for a 12-month contract to lead complex data integration initiatives and ensure interoperable technology solutions aligned with business goals.

You will liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership, drive end-to-end delivery, manage ETL projects, data migrations, and governance, and report progress while mitigating risks to meet regulatory requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing projects in technology, data, or digital platform environments.
• Direct, hands-on project management experience leading enterprise system integrations and data interoperability between systems.
• Proven experience with data exchange and data transfer implementations across multiple platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing ETL, data migration, and/or data transformation projects.
• Project experience directly associated with data management initiatives.
• Track record delivering technology solutions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with varying management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on use of Jira on projects.
• Experience with project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Clarity, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects using structured project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of projects involving enterprise data integrations, ETL processes, file-based data exchanges, and system-to-system communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, data engineers, security teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive project execution from high-level design through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, regulatory obligations, and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
• Manage dependencies across multiple applications, platforms, and external partners involved in data exchange and integration activities.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, security, and compliance requirements are incorporated into all phases of project delivery.
• Lead implementation activities associated with customer data movement, consent synchronization, privacy automation, data ingestion, outbound integrations, and enterprise data-sharing solutions.
