Calance, Inc. in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support fraud-related applications and logistics workflows within an Agile environment. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 3 days per week and offers a pay rate of $43.50 per hour (W2 only).

The ideal candidate will facilitate stakeholder discussions, guide conversations toward outcomes, and rapidly ramp up on new business and technical content while leveraging AI tools to improve daily tasks.

• Exposure to packing, shipment tracking, and logistics workflows.
• Proficient in Agile environments.
• Experience using Avio/ADIO for capturing user stories.

• Tool usage knowledge is sufficient (deep configuration experience not required)
