Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center cabling and AI infrastructure deployments across the U.S. You will plan, coordinate, document, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years managing data center or infrastructure projects, strong organizational and client-facing skills, and proficiency with Excel and PM tools. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with data centers, structured cabling, or infrastructure deployments.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and client expectations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and project management or reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, status reports, and closeout documentation.
• Track materials, equipment readiness, labor, project costs, and change orders.
• Lead client and internal project meetings and provide clear status updates.
• Partner with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure field work meets project requirements.
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout.
