Job summary

Qualifications

Plan and manage a group of related technology projects or activities from inception through successful delivery.
Experience in reporting to senior management.
Deep understanding of design approaches and technologies used in the area.
Focus on customer experience, build and delivery processes, and problems to be solved.
Work across multiple scrum teams and coordinate cross-product or cross-technology work.
Align dependent organizations and remove blocking issues.
Understand both business and technical requirements for the solutions.
Recognize complex designs and propose simplified solutions with engineers and TPMs.

Responsibilities

Write documentation as required.
Communicate project issues and status concisely to senior leadership, escalating blockers when appropriate.
Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
Work across teams to optimize processes.
Regularly review metrics and ensure program remains aligned with organizational objectives.
