Job summary

Archer seeks a motivated Technical Project Manager to join the Ft. Meade, MD team. The role coordinates with Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, and Software Developers to drive project success and ensure requirements are validated against plans.

Strong communication with senior managers and cross‑functional teams is essential. The candidate will manage requirements, track progress in JIRA, and prepare briefings while aligning priorities with PMO leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with PM or technical leadership experience.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience with complex customer situations and multi-level coordination.
• Proven track record managing dispersed teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with RMF/STE/STN/RtB accreditation processes.
• Experience designing and managing enterprise virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements and validation meetings per plan.
• Collaborate with SE, SAs, Network, and Software teams.
• Align priorities with PMO/TTO; manage expectations.
• Update and track requirements, tasks, and status in JIRA.
• Develop system requirements and feasibility analyses.
• Review SOPs, test plans/reports, and user guides.
• Prepare status reports and maintain accessible project docs.
