Communications Engineering Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex technology projects, coordinating between sales, engineering, and operations. You will manage timelines, budgets, safety plans, and customer communications to ensure successful delivery.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, risk management, and post-project reviews in a dynamic setting. The position requires 5+ years in technology projects, 3+ years of leadership, and certifications in safety and industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a related environment.
• 2 safety-related certifications required and can be obtained within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Notify client within 48 hours of project award and set communication plan.
• Review objectives, plan, and timelines with customer and internal teams.
• Create and adjust project plans, milestones, and risk registers.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate site assessments for safety hazards.
• Oversee execution, ensure quality, document changes, and complete closeout with customer sign-off.
