Job summary

Custom Computer Specialists seeks a hands-on Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technical projects from initiation to closeout. You will manage IT infrastructure, cloud migrations, and managed services transitions, aligning client and engineering teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and margin.

The role requires technical fluency to plan credibly, coordinate engineers, interpret SOWs, and manage risk with confidence.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in IT infrastructure and enterprise technology project delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical SOWs and design documents.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on scope, schedule, and margin.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle for concurrent client-facing technical projects.
• Translate technical SOWs into executable project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors for deployments, migrations, and cutovers with minimal disruption.
• Lead client onboarding transitions and ensure steady-state support handoff.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risk, and change control; anticipate delivery risks.
