Gulf Winds is hiring a Technical Project Manager in Pensacola, FL to plan, organize, and control technically complex projects. You will serve as the bridge between engineering, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, translating technical constraints into actionable decisions and guiding initiatives from initiation to closure.

The role requires experience with enterprise system implementations, data platforms, and migrations, plus strong communication and leadership skills to drive

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience, including delivery of technical projects.
• Experience with system implementations, integrations, or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SDLC and technical documentation.
• PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent planned after employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex projects across initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Coordinate design, configurations, and dependencies with engineers and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies across systems.
• Organize and chair technical working sessions and project meetings.
• Prepare technical and executive reports and guidance for PMs and analysts.
• Support ELT initiatives and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and project standards.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to deliver solutions.
