Gulf Winds Credit Union in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-department initiatives with strong technical integration. You will set delivery strategy, manage full lifecycle, and ensure solutions meet business, technical, regulatory, and quality requirements.

You will mentor PMs, drive cross-functional collaboration, and provide executive communications. This role requires experience in financial services and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Experience 5+ years in project management, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
• Proven success delivering multi-system implementations and integrations.
• Experience coordinating across business units, IT, vendors, and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle for large, complex or enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple departments and vendors.
• Coordinate between business units, IT, vendors, and analysts to align requirements and capabilities.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across projects.
• Provide executive-ready communication, dashboards, risk profiles, and program updates.
• Mentor Project Managers and Analysts; improve standards, templates, and workflows.
• Partner with Finance and Risk Management to develop budgets and oversee vendor delivery and SOWs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and formal approval processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned as part of project governance.
