Job summary

GridX is seeking a Technical Project Manager to guide a data-driven customer delivery process from planning through execution. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure the success of utility customers and to grow new opportunities for the business.

You will own governance, risk management and stakeholder communications across time zones and with offshore teams, while driving onboarding, resourcing, budgeting and change management within scope

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software product/project/client management experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Engineering and Customer Success for enterprise customers.
• Ability to manage multi-channel communications and deliver high-quality outcomes for utility customers.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Customer onboarding experience with a best-in-class approach.
• Drives internal teams to deliver products to customers on schedule and within scope.
• Manages onboarding processes, planning, resourcing, budgeting, change and risk management.
• Maintains delivery processes, timelines and client communications.
• Gains understanding of GridX products and integration processes to guide customers.
